These terms form an agreement between you and the student team of the Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen AI Innovation Association for use of this website. Creating a website account does not by itself grant official association membership, a university position, admission to an event or any benefit.
1. Website accounts
You must provide an email address you are entitled to use, keep credentials secure and avoid sharing verification codes. Registration is unavailable to children under 14. You may delete your account at any time in account settings.
2. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, impersonate another person or organisation, scrape data at disruptive scale, distribute unlawful or harmful material, or infringe privacy, reputation, copyright or other rights.
3. Association status and activities
The association is a university student association and is not a separate legal person. Official membership, project-team selection and activities are governed by the association charter, university approval and the notice for the specific activity. External collaborations, sponsorships and events require the applicable internal approval. Website information is not a university commitment.
4. Intellectual property
Original site content remains with its author or lawful rights holder. Quoted or imported material is attributed where available and remains subject to the source’s rights. No university, partner or third-party name, logo, image or work may be reused beyond legal exceptions without permission.
5. Service changes and account action
We may maintain, modify or discontinue features and may limit or close accounts involved in unlawful activity, security abuse or material breach. Where practicable, we will explain account action and provide an appeal route.
